This page records the public-data import and editorial review dates used by CarrierDataHub. It helps users tell the difference between a directory update and a current official FMCSA lookup.

What an update means

A CarrierDataHub update means the static directory was rebuilt from available public source data and editorial reference pages were reviewed for clarity. It does not mean every carrier profile has been manually checked on the date shown here.

The Data Team treats update notes as context for readers who need to know when the directory was last refreshed. They are not presented as carrier approvals, safety ratings, or recommendations. A company record can appear in the directory because it met display and indexability rules, while still requiring a current official lookup before anyone relies on authority, insurance, or safety information.

What to verify separately

Operating authority, insurance filings, out-of-service status, and identity checks should be verified through official FMCSA systems at the time they matter. Directory dates help with context; they are not a live compliance signal.

If a profile appears outdated, use the corrections page to report a display or source-mapping issue. If the source record itself is wrong, the correction usually has to be made with the official record owner first, then reflected here after the next import or editorial review.
